Client Responsibilities

• To ensure the timely delivery of our Services, You agree to:

• Provide all necessary Client Content, access credentials, and feedback in a timely manner.

• Ensure You have the legal right and necessary licenses for any Client Content you provide to Us.

• Maintain the security of any passwords or accounts We create for You.

Payments and Billing

All services are subject to the fees outlined in your specific contract, or subscription plan. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to suspend Services or withhold services if payments are overdue. Deposits and fees for services are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property Rights
